The images look good, but the actual quality is a whole different story when it shows up. I'm really unhappy with my recent buys. The materials feel super cheap!

I've placed orders three times, and every single one got canceled right away. They didn’t even bother to explain why, and then my zulily account was wiped out. Support told me to set up a new account. When I reached out, the customer service was pretty vague and insisted the issue was with my bank. I checked with my bank, and they said everything was fine. I do a lot of online shopping, and zulily has officially lost a customer. Seriously, don’t waste your time on this site.

"Dont waste your time"
I have ordered 3 times and each order was canceled immediately. Without giving a reason, my zulily account was deleted and I was told by support to create a new account. The customer support answers vaguely and claims the problem lies with my bank. I called my bank and they confirmed there were no problems. I shop a lot online and zulily has lost another customer. Don't waste your time with this website.

"Why I've Stuck with Zulily for Years"
I decided to check out Zulily after looking into another retailer. That other place had a rating of 5.8, so I thought, why not see what Zulily's all about? I was taken aback by their low score and all the complaints, especially since I've been a loyal shopper for over a decade. I’ve always felt secure shopping with them because they’ve treated me pretty well. Is the shipping slow? Sure, but they always explain the reasons. Have I ever not received an item? Nope. Do they take care of returns? Absolutely. I request refunds, and they go back to my original payment method without a hitch. I reckon being a long-time customer earns me some perks. However, I do have some gripes about the quality from certain vendors. It seems to have dipped over the years. Still, there’s a ton of variety. I’ve got a lot of items from them, and given how long I’ve been buying from them, I can really see this change. That’s why I don’t place orders as frequently as I once did. But I still find them to be quite reliable, and even vendors I wouldn’t typically buy from directly come through when I order via Zulily.

"I am a long term Zulily customer - heres why"
I decided to look up Zulily as I looked up another company before I shopped there. The other company had a 5.8 rating. So i thot, let me look uo Zulily for context. Wow. I was shocked at Zulilys low rating and complaints because Ive been shopping there for 10 years at least. I felt safe with them because tgey have treated me pretty damn well. Is it slow? Yes, they explain why. Has anything never come? No. Have they honored returns? Always. I ask for and receive refunds to my original form of payment. I guess, becayse I have been a long time customer, I get good treatment. My complaints however, are about the quality of some of their vendors. The quality has really gone down over the years. But there is a lot of variety. I own a lot of stuff from them and seeing the length of time Ive done business with them, I have
a great measure of this shift. That is why I dont order as much from them as I used to. But they are pretty honorable and vendors I normally wouldnt order from directly, when I order thru Zulily, the products arrive.
"CAUTION - NO REFUNDS ON RETURNS"
I really messed up by not checking their NO REFUND policy for clothing, even if you send them back. Thankfully, since their shipping takes an eternity—like 14 to 24 days—I managed to cancel my order and snag a full refund for a few items that hadn’t shipped yet. To start, the clothes seem to come from China or somewhere else, because a size Large felt more like a small in US standards. If I had seen that delivery could take 6 to 8 weeks, I would’ve just passed on ordering altogether. My order sat for 12 days before it even shipped, and then several items were clearly coming from outside the USA, causing even more delays. They sent me the wrong size, and I did get a refund for one item due to their error, but then I received stuff that was two sizes smaller than what’s normal here, and I couldn’t get a refund after returning those. They only offered me store credit, which I ended up using on home decor that I didn’t want or need. Seriously, who gives store credit for returns in 2023, especially when there are so many other online retailers? I will NEVER buy from this ridiculous company again. The customer service is the worst, and the whole shopping experience was just terrible.

"Zulilly's Quality Has Changed Over Time"
Back in the day, the quality was top-notch. Nowadays, it feels like the brands are opting for lower-quality materials. Susan Betro still offers decent clothing, and Reborn has been holding up well too. I steer clear of other brands since I've had to send back quite a few.

"Shoutout to the photographer!"
I gotta hand it to whoever Zulily has taking pictures of their not-so-great clothing, 'cause everything appears fantastic on their site, but when you receive the item, it's a letdown! And don't even get me started on the sizing; I swear they must use tiny folks as their size references. Seriously. Their products used to be alright, but now, it's just poorly sized junk.

At first, I was pretty doubtful because of all the negative feedback. Maybe I just got lucky, or some folks just don’t bother to share positive experiences. I placed my order and got my purse in just 5 days. They kept me in the loop with email updates nearly every day. The bag seems genuine, and the price was just right. Absolutely adore this site. "Watch Out"
Zulily has taken my cash for an order that I cancelled right away. The website states that if you cancel within half an hour, they won’t charge you. It’s been two weeks now, and despite sending emails and photo proof, I still haven’t seen my refund. PayPal hasn’t been much help either. Just be cautious when buying from this site.

"Be Careful"
Zulily have taken my money for a purchase that was cancelled immediately, according to the site if you cancel an order within 30 minutes they do not charge you. It’s been 2 weeks with emails and photo evidence sent to them and they still haven’t refunded. PayPal have been useless too. Be careful purchasing from this site.

"Happy I took a Chance!!!"
I was very skeptical at 1st with all the bad reviews. I must have been lucky or perhaps some people don't like to leave good reviews. I ordered and received a purse withi 5 days. I was constantly receiving email updates almost daily. The item looks authentic and the price was perfect. Love love love the site. I wish the best to others.

I got a jumpsuit in multiple colors that I saw on Facebook. It showed up missing both buttons and button holes! It's too pricey to send back!
